Teaching Women How To Overcome A Negative Mindset and Limitations
How many of you are trying to reach their dream? You just feel it in your bones. There a flutter inside of you, but there is a hindrance that blocks you from giving birth to the greatness that is on the inside of your heart.
You see yourself in your dream, but, you cannot seem to step forth and start living what you are seeing. You may be thinking, “How can I express myself and get what is locked on the inside of me out?” “How can this be done?”
You know that you have gifts, talents, and abilities to contribute, but you must find the strength within yourself to bring your dream into reality.
Think about what you good at. You may say, “If I only had the opportunity.” Well, you have to seize the opportunity. Life is too short for regrets. What is holding you back from accomplishing your dream?
Some of you may be struggling with old though patterns. Begin to tackle those limitations and live the life you were created to live.
Fear and living an adapted life can be major obstacles. An adapted life is where you just adapt to your circumstances. You find a way to fix things, so you can move on, by allowing outside circumstances to dictate your life. Instead of moving toward your dream, you move toward whatever is stopping you from reaching your dream. Everything will remain the same, until you take charge and began to live from the inside out.
You are not your circumstances. Whatever you have defined yourself as, because of outside interference is not the true you. Allow your heart to tell you who you really are. Do not give up nor give in. Keep pressing beyond the gate. Begin to look at those circumstances in a positive manner, by using those circumstances as stepping stones that will propel you into your dream.
You are a unique individual who has qualities to make an enormous impact in this world. You are unique and wonderfully made. No one can do it like you, because you have a specific purpose.
Think of all the trials and tribulations you have been through to get to this point. Your journey may not have been easy, but you have maintained your position. Just think where you have come from and where you are now.
Your turning point will come when you realize you are creating your own fears and have settled for less. Out of your mind you create your world. If you are dissatisfied with your present living conditions begin by changing the way you are thinking. Focus on positive thoughts that will add fulfillment to your life.
You can have what you desire, by learning to elevate your mind. Negative thinking and limiting beliefs will hinder your progress. Whatever you put energy into or expectation toward will show up in your life. It does not matter if it is bills or checks in the mail, it will not disappoint you.
Old thought patterns that do not have any basis in life can have a great impact on the person you are today. In your formative years your beliefs were shaped. Learn to pay attention to your thoughts and you will begin to see how you can begin to make changes.
If you see yourself as a winner, you are that person. If you see yourself as a victim, you become that person. You are of greatness and you have the power and ability to create your own circumstances.
Negative words from the past may still be playing in your mind every time you try to launch forth into your dream. Hearing negative words over and over create limiting beliefs and poses a hindrance, if not faced. Choose to think on those things that are good, positive and of a good report, concerning you and overcome those obstacles.
Here are a few examples of limiting beliefs that you may have heard growing up:
· Do you think money grows on trees?
· You got to save for a rainy day.
· I work hard for my money, just to make ends meet.
· Do I have a chest buried in the backyard?
· You do not need all that.
· What do you want that for; it is just a waste of money?
· You have got to crawl before you walk.
· Money is the root of all evil – This phrase will have you looking at wealthy people as villains
· What they need all of that for? They should just give it away.
· Too much money makes you forget where you have come from.
· You cannot take it with you, so why have so much.
· You cannot afford that, so just get this instead, it is just as good.
· You think we are kin to the Rockefeller.
· It does not make any sense to have that much stuff.
· I do not need all that I only need a little bit.
· You can only drive 1 car at a time.
· Money changes people. – Let me tell you nothing changes a person’s nature. That person was always that way. Their nature is just magnified now. If a person was selfish before, they are selfish now. If they had a generous heart before, they are generous now.
· You can only wear one pair of shoes at a time.
· That is too expensive.
· A poor person cannot afford that.
· Why don’t they drop the price, so more people can afford that car?
· If that car was priced at $20,000 less, then more people would buy it.
These are limitations that you have heard and as a result may have adapted them to your life. Get rid of them. These words are causing you to settle for less. You can never walk in abundance, until you come to the realization that there is absolutely no lack in the world. Lack resides in the individual’s mind.
Surround yourself with positive people who have goals and are going somewhere. Motivation transfers. Life is too short and time does not wait on anyone; you have great things to accomplish in your life.
There is enough abundance in this world for everyone. There are no shortages, but just a lack of knowledge in how to obtain what is desired.
When you find yourself going through a trying time begin to tap into your innermost being and the answer will be there. Follow it and you will release yourself from that bondage. If it is a financial bondage, take inventory of your talents and skills and use them to obtain the money you need.
Here is an example, your friends may enjoy your cooking, because you go all out and invite them over to sample new dishes you have prepared. So, why not start your business? You have been thinking about it. You may just start out gathering business from word of mouth, but later your business will flourish, because it is your dream.
Hundreds of people have started their empires from their kitchen table. Using the exposure of the internet it will not take you long to gain customers. Dreams are always evident in a difficult situation. Instead of worrying and stressing out just tap inside of yourself. What is your dream? Pursue it and follow the pathway to your dream.
Abundance and lack is a choice. You choose how you live and what comes into your life, by your thought patterns. Stop settling for less. This is your time to launch forth into your dream.
Find the strength within yourself to let go. When you come to a point of change in your life there is no turning back. You have come to the end of yourself where you say, “Enough is enough I can no longer keep living this way.”
Confusion and difficulties are birth because of not recognizing your season of change. I have been right where you are. I know how it feels to view life through a window of a train just passing by and feeling an empty void. On the inside of you there is greatness. It is greatness with such power that it will unlock your mind to unlimited possibilities.
Square up your shoulders, look in a mirror and stare deep into your eyes. Declare to yourself that today is your day for a new beginning and you have the power to create the life that you want through the thoughts in your mind.
Recognize your creative abilities. Think of how many times you worried about something happening and it happened just the way you expected it to happen. So, why not change this thought pattern to expecting things to work out for the best? It takes the same energy to expect a favorable outcome, as to expect something unfavorable. You choose.
